Aayush Kevlani is an associate in our disputes team.

He graduated from the Government Law College, Mumbai, and has been a registered articled clerk of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society (BILS), having passed all subjects of the BILS’ solicitors’ examination.

Beyond the legal space, Aayush is also a keen observer of developments in the technology, capital markets and personal finance spheres.

He has assisted with advisory and dispute resolution on a variety of issues including in loan and lease financing, debt recovery, guarantee, insolvency, liquidation, banking ombudsman, testamentary and intestate succession, administration, rent and eviction, tenancy, lease, license, labour and employment, employee stock options, execution, foreign arbitral award enforcement, specific performance and injunction, e-commerce, writ, telecommunications and insurance matters.
