Manvi is a Senior Associate at Solaris Legal. Manvi’s area of focus is dispute resolution, with 6 years of experience behind her in handling disputes before the Supreme Court and High Courts, District Courts and Tribunals, including ad hoc arbitrations, across the country.

As part of her dispute resolution practice, Manvi regularly advises clients on pre-institution and defence strategy and general advisory on various Indian laws.

Before joining Solaris Legal, Manvi has worked with the dispute resolution team at Phoenix Legal.

Select Experience Statement

• Over the years, Manvi has represented many entities of both domestic and foreign origin in various commercial and contractual disputes in diverse sectors such as insurance, construction and engineering, software, aviation, real estate, power, oil and gas etc.

• Manvi has successfully represented clients in several high stake arbitrations, petitions for enforcement and execution of domestic and foreign awards, as well as petitions challenging arbitral awards, amongst other court proceedings.

Publications

• Manvi has assisted in writing a book titled “Enforcement of International Arbitration Awards in India” published by Lexis Nexis in 2017.
